The keys to bring more inspiration into your life

If you decide every moment of everyday to think who and what you are and what you believe in. If  you can find you in yourself and believe in yourself then you will definitely get a second chance every second in your life. You don't know what is that mean, it simply means "Inspiration". When you are living with inspiration then you feel excited about yourself and your life and you have a special connection with all parts of your mind and body. You can connect to your inspiration at all times to take that actions that make all things possible.

Inspiration
There are some keys to your inspiration.The key is enjoyment or excitement. That would take a spiritual master to get inspired about doing your wishes. So find something that really excites you and it can be anything that you really enjoy. The key is love. When you are really pouring love into what you are doing, this will guarantee that you are opening yourself to experiencing more inspiration in your life. The key is to trust yourself and believe in yourself. You have to listen to that little voice inside yourself and know that this comes from heart. The more you listen to it, the stronger your trust will become. If you don't pay attention to it, that little voice gets fainter and fainter until you can no longer hear it, again. When you are backed by a strong belief in yourself and your dreams, then nothing is impossible in life.

Inspiration
The key is Self confidence. When someone says " no, you can't do this", it is because they can't, they may not able to do that then try to put this negative belief in you. But you should remember to keep telling yourself that, "yes only i can do that". The key is to avoid negativity. There is nothing kill inspiration quicker than being surrounded by negative thinking in mind. The key, possibly the most important of all is acceptance. You need to accept everything as it is. There are so many bad things or days in your life, this is normal. But you can inspired by this, because you can try to change it into good. This way, your life will be filled with inspiration.

I Am Not Afraid

The journey of life is difficult, so what the road is so hazy. I know I am alone so much lonely but my courage will not bend or my desire will not stop. It's because I am not afraid from live a life fully, I am not afraid from anything. I don't know what is fear or sadness, I can't feel pain or sorrow. It's because bad emotions are always not expected to me, because I am positive. Whatever happens god or bad, I must walk through it. It's because I am not afraid of dark. I have only one life to live. So I don't want to waste in this way, in fear, in hopelessness, in hell.


I am not afraid of it, because sun will hide, night will come but it will pass. There will be light and morning. It is the rule of nature. So I am not afraid. I have lost so much thing, i failed in life so many times. But still I will try hundred times, then the result will be more positive. I know, I have that much faith and believe in me, my goal will meet me, my desire will be fulfilled. That is why I am not afraid. If there are countless problems and conspiracies and complaints in my life. But there is a dream in my every breath. The day will come, I will change my own world. I will solve it. It is because I have self confidence, which give me strength.

Just Overcome Your Sadness

Sadness is a feeling of being unhappy, specially because something bad has happened. Sometime it's called pain & sometime it's sorrow. Sadness is what we assume that something sad is going to be the result. But I believe whatever sad thing happened to me will be healed by time. Because It's Better by far you should forget and smile, than that you should remember and be sad. You are thankful for everything, be happy in bad time, learn to laugh at pain & put some humor in your life. You just remember that don't make your temporary sad emotions to your permanent feelings. Do something that you enjoy or that will keep you busy. Until you are feeling well enough to make any decision, just wait. When you are sad, you feel that you are so much lonely. Then you can try to keep you busy with your friends make some plans for hangout together. Talk to someone you trust about what you are feeling sad, they can help you sort through your sadness. When you are sad, you are worrying about something that may never happen, stop that & get involved with things you like to do. Just like some exercise, read your favorite book, listen soft music & write something, it will help you to feel better. If you are keeping yourself busy to helping others, to solve their problems, then you will keep your mind away from your sadness.


Sadness
Remember that your mind is a battleground and you are the one who has to write the story of this battle. If you solve any problem inside your head, no longer it's of importance that if the truth is the way you like it or not. Is there anything happening in the real world when you don't know of it. If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there, has the tree fallen at all? When you think of all beautiful moments that happened especially to you, only happiest that could make you happy every moment you think of it making you feel very happy that you are gifted & blessed to receive it on this planet, possibly the time spent with the person you love the most mom, dad, lover, sister, brother, anyone, but you must have been happy at the most and smile thinking of it , as you deserve to enjoy those moments in thoughts.When something looks bad might be good at the end. So what is sadness, it's just a chapter in the past but don't close the book, just turn the page. There's behind the sadness you can find the happiness.

Sadness is necessary for living a life with full of experience

Feelings are normal, natural and necessary for living a life with full of experience. Sadness is one of the painful feelings that life evokes. Sadness is emotional pain associated with, or characterized by feelings of disadvantage, loss, despair, helplessness and sorrow. Sadness can be uncomfortable because Sadness is pain, and pain is always uncomfortable. Some people refuse to feel sadness, instead feeling numbness as opposed to the pain. When people experience sadness, sometimes they cry outwardly and sometimes cry inwardly. Sadness is not a weakness, but the person who avoid the normal periods of sadness also try to hide his feelings or sadness. When someone experiences sadness for a long period of time it can result in a mental imbalance and depression or frustration. The  person with this condition have low energy, feelings of hopelessness, poor concentration, and sleeping or appetite difficulties.

Emotion
Your sad feelings can be helpful because it allows to change the nurture of yourself. When you feel sad, use it as an opportunity to write, draw or generate an expression of that sadness. You will be amazed at how your sadness can initiate great ideas. Some of the best writers and artists use periods of sadness to create their greatest masterpieces. Sadness can be a great motivator for change to improve the quality of your lifeSad feelings can inspire you to look for ways to help others, contribute to charity, or go on personal missions. For most people, sadness is a precursor to knowing joy and true happiness. Getting comfortable with the pain allows you the greatest opportunity for growth. Therefore, it's important not to hide or deny your feelings, but feel them fully to maximize what you have to learn about life.

Our Emotions, Our Feelings

Emotion, in its most general definition, is a neural impulse that moves an organism to action, prompting automatic reactive behavior that has been adapted through evolution as a survival mechanism to meet a survival need. The word 'emotion' encompasses a broad range of feelings, behavior and changes in the body and mind. Emotion as a feeling that is expressed through physiological functions such as facial expressions, faster heartbeat, and behaviors such as aggression, crying, or covering the face with hands.

There are six primary or main types of emotions - fear, joy, love, sadness, surprise and anger. These emotional states are specific manifestations of non-verbally expressed feelings of agreement, amusement, anger, certainty, control, disagreement, disgust, disliking, embarrassment, fear, guilt, happiness, hate, interest, liking, love, sadness, shame, surprise, and uncertainty.

These basic emotions are mentioned below. -
1 : Fear
Fear is a response to some danger that is about to happen. It is a survival mechanism that is a reaction to some negative stimulus. It may be a mild caution or an extreme phobia. If the fear is trivial it is called "trifling fear" or if the danger seems formidable it is a "serious fear".
2 : Joy
Joy or happiness has shades of enjoyment, satisfaction and pleasure. There is a sense of well-being, inner peace, love, safety and contentment. There is an existence of both, positive thinking and positive activities.
3 : Love
Love arises from a feeling of profound oneness. Love can be platonic, romantic, religious or familial. There are certain nuances to love regarding bonding, friendship, altruism and philanthropy. As per psychology, love is to lend self-esteem to another.


4 : Sadness
Sadness is necessarily related to a feeling of loss and disadvantage. If this feeling drowns the individual it may lead to a state of depression. When a person can be observed to be quiet, less energetic and withdrawn to himself it may be inferred that sadness exists. Such an individual usually has a sloping body, stuck out lips and a downcast appearance of the head.

5 : Surprise
Surprise means the showing up of an unexpected result. When one experiences surprise, it is accompanied by raising of the eyebrows, horizontal lines on the forehead, open mouth, stretched skin below the eyebrows and wide open eyelids. Depending on the intensity, the mouth may not open, but only the jaw may drop. A momentary raise in the eyebrows is the most common evidence of surprise.
6 : Anger
Anger is evoked due to injustice, conflict, humiliation, negligence or betrayal. If the anger is active, the individual attacks the target, verbally or physically. If the anger is passive, the person silently sulks and feels tension and hostility. Often, when one empathizes with another, anger may be displayed. If the purpose of the source of pain is known, the magnitude of anger is altered.

It is difficult to exactly define and enlist all the emotions experienced by humans. Emotion is a spontaneous feeling about any person thing or experience. Emotions are subjective, based on perception and unique to each individual. Some people may have more of one or some may lack in others. It is said the more emotions one experiences the more colorful life is. Emotions help us humans to communicate what we feel toward certain situations, people, things and cope with everyday life situations.

Life, Love and Hope

Life
Life is just like a tree. Time is the root and hope and fear are the branches. Hope and fear are inseparable in your life. And you just wait for blossoming flowers called "Love" in your tree. And also you don't be sad about the flowers which will fade away soon, Another new flower will blossom. It is rule of the nature. It's really true that will happen. Love is never lost. It will come back in your life again and again it will soften and purify your heart. Because there's hope and there's life and there's love forever.

We are afraid of lost in love. Always remember that to fear love is to fear life. If you stop loving because of fear then you're going live alone in life & your heart will never know that how to beat for someone. Although it's true that we are afraid of love, because we are hoping for true love, which is missing in present. But true love does not come by finding the perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly. If you try to love with perfection an imperfect person then you can find true love in that.
HopeAlso hope is the backbone of love & life.  Nothing but hope is always there with you in your life. If you fain in love first time, you hope for next love to be successful. You have seen so many unsuccessful love stories in you life. But you have not seen that word "HOPE" in this love stories. There is still hope for a successful love story after so many unsuccessful love stories. Hope is the destiny of every life & love. Hope is waiting to show you new possibilities. So just remember that Life, Love and Hope are always related with each other.

Live a More Meaningful Life

It can be easy to run through the maze of life without pausing to think of its meaning. Feeling that what you’re doing has a real purpose and meaning that matters to you can make a huge difference in your life. It makes getting up each day the most exciting thing in the world. You can’t wait to get started.

Life is so much complicated to understand, it's never so easy also never so hard. It depends on so many things. I think my ideas will help you to find the true meaning of life. I believe that's the way you can’t wait to get up in the morning and see what the day will bring.

1. Know what’s important for you. Write down your top 5 things that you believe are the essence of how you want to live life. This can include things like “family time,” or “sing every day.” It could also include more complex ideas, like “honesty” and “simplicity.”

2. I believe everyone should pursue their passion in life. It’s what makes life worth living, and gives our lives true meaning and purpose. Each time you work on something you love, it creates joy inside you like nothing else. Finding a way to use your passions to give back to the world will give your life ultimate meaning.

3. If you had to give yourself a reason to live, what would it be? What would you stand for? What principles do you hold highest? Is your life’s purpose to help others? Is it to inspire others with great works of art, or you words? Finding your life’s purpose is a daunting task, and when I first heard the idea, I had no idea where to start.

4. Be aware of yourself and your actions. Remain mindful of what you do at all times, and make sure you are living life according to your principles, your life’s purpose, and what you are passionate about. Review your actions each day, taking stock of those that strayed from your path. Work towards correcting any incidents in the future. Meditation is a great tool for accomplishing this task. It helps us increase our self-awareness throughout the day.
5. Rather than chasing 3 or 4 goals and making very little progress on them, place all of your energy on one thing. Focus. Not only will you alleviate some of the stress associated with trying to juggle so many tasks, you will be much more successful. Try and align your goal with something you are passionate about, so that there will be an intrinsic drive to work hard and do well.

6.  Often, we are faced with wanting to buy material goods. I recommend you consider carefully what you purchase, and think more about spending your money on experiences with friends and family. Not only will this give deeper meaning to your life by focusing on your relationships rather than material wealth, but you will be a happier person as a result.

7. Do something that both honors your beliefs and passions, while giving something back to the world. By giving something back, we inevitably find purpose in the act. By cultivating more of these activities, you will find your life has more meaning and purpose behind it.

8. By simplifying your life, you’ll have more time to do what fulfills you and gives your life meaning. It can also help reduce stress and make your overall life easier to manage. It can also greatly improve your productivity. If you’ve never tried to simplify things before, it really is a great feeling.

9. In the morning, before you start your day, create a list of 3 goals that you find fulfilling and meaningful. Make sure they adhere to your set of principles and beliefs. Tackle the hardest things first! Don’t make this list too long. By placing too many things on the list, you’ll feel the urge to multi-task, which is not good, or you’ll feel overwhelmed, which isn’t good either. By trying to do less, you’ll end up doing more.

Friends and Friendship For me and Forever

Friendship is a blessing, and a friend is the channel through whom great emotional, spiritual, and sometimes even physical blessings flow. Friends can cheer us when we’re sorrowful or depressed. Friends can challenge us when we allow ourselves to get beyond our reasonable boundaries. Friends can motivate us when we’re ready to give in, and they can provide for us when life falls apart. They are there when all is well, and we want someone with whom to share life’s pleasant and memorable moments. We often just want them around to have a good time, to laugh, to act silly, to enjoy some mutually liked activity. In how many ways have friends enriched our lives and made us feel loved, accepted, respected and cared for? Probably, too many to list, and the list grows daily.

 Friendship

A lot of people go through life with only a few friends. It seems that some have less than that. They have no one on whom they can call in good times or bad. There is no one with whom to bounce ideas around, or to talk about deep and troubling subjects. They have no one to call in times of need or difficulty. They are at the mercy of life, standing alone. Life is full of entertaining and invigorating relationships because it is full of friends. There ought to be a course in school on friendship. Of course, some people are perfectly happy to operate with fewer friends. They might rather have a few deep and loyal friends, than many superficial ones. Others thrive best when friends are everywhere and numerous. It is not so much the number of friends that is important as is the possession of friends, period.

It is safe to say that when God created the world and all the majestic things in it, when he streaked the heavens with radiant color and the earth with grand mountains and awe-inspiring canyons, when he painted the plains with waving grasses and erected noble forests of towering trees, he outdid it all by creating friends. May God bless me with all the friends me need, and may he turn me into a blessing by using me as a friend to others.

Don't be, because the sky which is dark now, another sky is waiting, that will be brighter Definitely. 

My Life

Because that flower which is fade now, another new flower will blossom. So it's Better forget the past moment, which is not in here or anywhere. The new moment will bring to you a beautiful life. So just leave this sad moments and Think with smile that another life will like that. Once again the wind of happiness will blow, once again fragrance will spread in your paths and once again you heart will start singing and you will dance in rain again.
